Outsourcing your repairs has never been easier. Our infrastructure handles reverse logistics to avoid disrupting your shipments.
1. The Collection
We collect your pallets for repair directly from your docks. To minimize transport costs, we coordinate this collection with the delivery of your new or used pallets.
2. Auditing & Sorting
Once your pallets arrive at our hubs, they are inspected. We separate repairable pallets from those destined for ultimate recycling (shredding for wood energy), so you only pay for the necessary repairs.
3. Traceability
Each batch is quantified and traced. We provide you with an accurate report of the volumes reintroduced into your streams, essential for your carbon footprint assessments.
4. Approved Repair
Replacement of split boards and missing dice. Our partner workshops strictly adhere to official specifications (EPAL / UIC 435-2 / CP standards).
