1. Collection
We collect your pallets for repair directly from your docks. To minimise transport costs, we run the collection alongside the delivery of your new or reconditioned pallets.
2. Audit & sorting
Once your pallets reach our hubs, they are inspected. We separate what we can repair from what can only be shredded for wood energy. You pay only for the repairs you need.
3. Traceability
Every batch is counted and traced. You get an exact report of the volumes put back into your operations — the figure your carbon accounting needs.
4. Repair to specification
Replacement of split boards and missing blocks. Our partner workshops work to the EPAL, UIC 435-2 and CP specifications.
