Protect your shipments with the 1200 × 800 mm euro pallet. We supply your plants with new and reconditioned EPAL pallets (Grade A and B), by the full truckload (FTL), across Europe.
We permanently stock the 3 official market grades to meet the requirements of each industry (Food, Pharma, Heavy Industry)

Use: pharmaceutical industry, food processing, cleanrooms. Spec: kiln-dried (KD), with ISPM 15 heat treatment (HT) where non-EU export requires it. No visible defects.

Use: FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods), automated logistics. Spec: very few rotations. Light wood, intact structure, suited to stacker cranes. Grade A stock at a used-pallet price.

Use: heavy industry, construction, building materials. Spec: wood weathered and greyed by rotation. Repaired to EPAL and UIC 435-2 specifications. The lowest cost per rotation in our euro pallet range, for heavy loads where appearance does not matter.
The EPAL 1 pallet, also known as the europallet or EUR pallet, is the benchmark standard in European logistics. Manufactured by producers licensed by EPAL (European Pallet Association), it measures 1200 × 800 × 145 mm and with over 650 million units circulating worldwide. Repairable, exchangeable, and ISPM 15 heat-treated (HT) for international export, it supports a dynamic load capacity of 1500 kg (and up to 5000 kg static load). Ideal for transport and storage across all industries.
The EUR pallet is identical to the EPAL 1 pallet in dimensions and construction (1200 × 800 × 145 mm), but features the EUR and UIC (International Union of Railways) logos branded on its blocks. Made from solid softwood, this multi-rotation pallet is exchangeable throughout the entire European railway and logistics network. It has a dynamic load capacity of 1500 kg and is compatible with standard forklifts and racking systems. ISPM 15 heat treatment (HT) is available for export.
The EPAL 2 pallet, widely known as the brewery pallet, measures 1200 × 1000 × 162 mm. Its wider format is optimised for transporting kegs, beverage crates, and various products from the brewing industry. Produced by EPAL-licensed manufacturers, it is fully exchangeable and ISPM 15 heat-treated. It offers a dynamic load capacity of 1250 kg and allows stacking up to 4250 kg. Perfectly suited for beverage logistics, food processing, and any industry handling cylindrical containers.
The EPAL 3 pallet features dimensions of 1000 × 1200 mm, providing an inverted orientation compared to the EPAL 1 pallet. Manufactured by EPAL-licensed producers to the same production standards, it is exchangeable across the entire European network, ISPM 15 heat-treated, and supports up to 1500 kg in dynamic load. It is suitable for numerous sectors, including manufacturing, food and beverage, chemicals, and general logistics. Compatible with standard racking systems.
The EPAL 6 pallet, or half-pallet, measures 800 × 600 × 145 mm and weighs only 9.5 kg — exactly half the size of a standard euro pallet. It supports a dynamic load of 500 kg and can be stacked up to 1500 kg. Primarily used in mass distribution, retail, and for in-store displays, this EPAL-marked exchangeable pallet is ideal for small volumes or direct shelf-stocking. ISPM 15 heat treatment comes as standard.
A counterfeit EPAL pallet is your liability if a rack fails. We check traceability: control staple, year nail, and the “EPAL in the oval” branding on the left block.
Pallets bought on the open market are often counterfeit. A counterfeit pallet is your liability if a rack fails. Our European network supplies controlled quality — standardised nails, controlled moisture, repairs to EPAL and UIC 435-2 specifications — and delivery by full truckload (FTL: 33 stacks per tautliner). Even when timber is short.
Historically identical. Today the “EPAL” mark means quality control by the European Pallet Association. “EUR” alone (without the oval) usually comes from older fleets (SNCF/DB). Flat Cargo supplies the EPAL standard.
No. A broken pallet is not a pallet. It is waste. A Grade C pallet is structurally sound (1,500 kg) but visually worn — greyed wood, staining, or a visible repair. Right for internal storage or one-way shipments.
