Each model in the CP standard has been engineered for a specific type of packaging: drums, bags, cartons, or bulk. Here are the models most requested by our industrial clients.
CP1 / CP6 Series (1000 x 1200 mm)
Design: Perimeter (CP6) or standard (CP1) skid pallet.
Optimal Use: Loading bags, cartons, and flexible products. The overhang is designed to prevent tearing of packaging.
CP3 / CP9 series (1140 x 1140 mm)
Design: Extra-robust square format. The CP9 features a cross-braced bottom frame for stacking.
Optimal Use: The absolute standard for transporting metal/plastic drums, Octabins, and large flexible containers (Big Bags/FIBCs).
CP4 / CP7 series (1100 x 1300 mm)
Conception : Format rectangulaire large.
Usage optimal : Transport de sacs de produits chimiques en poudre ou granulés industriels.
CP1 Pallet – Chemical wooden pallet 1000 × 1200 mm
The CP1 pallet is a standardised chemical pallet with dimensions of 1000 × 1200 × 138 mm. Initially developed for the chemical industry, it is now used across numerous industrial sectors. With 3 runners and 4-way forklift entry, it supports loads from 1,100 to 1,600 kg. Identifiable by the CP1 marking on its blocks, it is exchangeable and compliant with international standards. Particularly suited for the transport and storage of bags, big bags, and cartons in heavy industry.
CP2 Pallet – Chemical wooden pallet 800 × 1200 mm
The CP2 pallet is a standardised chemical pallet with dimensions of 800 × 1200 × 138 mm, a format close to the europallet, optimised for chemical production lines. With 3 runners and 4-way forklift entry, it offers a load capacity of 1,100 to 1,600 kg. Marked CP2 on its blocks, it is easily identifiable and exchangeable throughout the industry. Ideal for the packaging and transport of products in bags, IBCs, and industrial containers.
CP3 Pallet – Chemical square pallet 1140 × 1140 mm
The CP3 pallet is a chemical pallet with a square format of 1140 × 1140 × 138 mm. Its symmetry makes it particularly well-suited for transporting barrels, octabins, and cylindrical big bags. With 3 runners and 4-way entry, this standardised pallet supports loads from 1,100 to 1,600 kg. Marked CP3 on its blocks, it is exchangeable throughout the chemical and industrial sector. CP4 Pallet – Chemical wooden pallet 1100 × 1300 mm
The CP4 pallet is a large-format chemical pallet measuring 1100 × 1300 × 138 mm. Longer than the CP1 or CP2 formats, it is designed for large containers used in the chemical and petrochemical industries. Load capacity of 1,100 to 1,600 kg, 3 runners, 4-way forklift entry. The CP4 marking on its blocks ensures compliance with international chemical industry standards. A repairable, reusable, and exchangeable pallet.
CP6 Pallet – Perimeter chemical pallet 1200 × 1000 mm
The CP6 pallet is a chemical pallet with a perimeter base and dimensions of 1200 × 1000 × 156 mm. It shares the same external footprint as the CP1, but its reinforced construction provides more uniform load distribution and allows vertical stacking. Dynamic load capacity of 1,100 to 1,600 kg. Recommended for rack storage and the transport of bags and cartons in the chemical industry. Marked CP6, exchangeable, and repairable.
CP7 Pallet – Perimeter chemical pallet 1300 × 1100 mm
The CP7 pallet is the perimeter version of the CP4, with dimensions of 1300 × 1100 × 156 mm. Its reinforced structure improves stability during stacking and ensures better load distribution. Capacity of 1,100 to 1,600 kg, 4-way forklift entry. Ideal for chemical packaging lines requiring high-stacking or rack storage. Certified to international chemical industry standards, marked CP7 on the blocks.
CP8 Pallet – Perimeter chemical pallet 1140 × 1140 mm (big bag)
The CP8 pallet features square dimensions of 1140 × 1140 × 156 mm with an open top deck specially designed for placing big bags (FIBC). Its perimeter construction guarantees better stability during stacking. Dynamic load capacity of 1,100 to 1,600 kg. Recommended for industries using flexible containers and large-diameter barrels. Marked CP8 on the blocks, repairable, and exchangeable within the chemical industry.
CP9 Pallet – Perimeter chemical pallet 1140 × 1140 mm
The CP9 pallet is a square perimeter chemical pallet of 1140 × 1140 × 156 mm with a standard (closed) deck, providing a continuous support surface. Load capacity of 1,100 to 1,600 kg, suitable for stacking and rack storage. Popular in fine chemicals, pharmaceuticals, and petrochemicals for handling drums, octabins, and rigid containers. Exchangeable, repairable, and certified to CP standards of the international industry.
