What are the billing and deposit refund procedures?
The Circulr system is based on a transparent financial flow mechanism. When you purchase your pallets, the deposit amount is included in your invoice as a separate line item. Once the pallets are returned to our network and their condition has been verified, a credit note or bank transfer is issued within 48 hours. This automated management ensures smooth cash flow without burdening your accounting processes.

To ensure the safety of subsequent handling operations, pallets must meet our reuse standards. Pallets with complete structural integrity (no separation, boards and blocks intact) are accepted. Superficial wear from normal use is acceptable, but any pallet with major structural damage or chemical contamination will be rejected or downgraded according to the applicable classification.
