At FlatCargo.com, we strive to deliver your orders in a timely manner. All items are dispatched within our communicated delivery timeframe via one of our reputable carriers. For orders above 250 \u20ac (ex. VAT), we provide free delivery.<\/p>

Delivery Costs:
\u2013 Free delivery for orders above 250 \u20ac (ex. VAT).
\u2013 Orders below 250 \u20ac are subjected to Economy Delivery costs of \u20ac49 + VAT (3-5 working days).<\/p>

Please note, delivery costs may vary based on location within Europe. Additional surcharges may apply for specific regions, large orders, and timed deliveries.<\/p>

Collection:
Customers are also welcome to collect their orders directly from our location, stated in your Sale Order. Please contact us prior to collection to ensure your order is ready.<\/p>

Order Dispatch:
Our aim is to dispatch orders within 48 hours, given orders are placed before 12.00pm (Mon-Fri, excluding Bank Holidays). However, delays may occur based on the size of products, order or delivery location.<\/p>

Delivery Responsibility:
It is essential for customers to provide accurate delivery details, including Company Name, Address, and Postcode. Extra costs incurred due to redelivery or returning orders due to incorrect details will be the responsibility of the customer.<\/p>

Delivery times:
\u2013 Premium Delivery: 1-2 Working Days
\u2013 Economy Delivery: 3-5 Working Days<\/p>

Taking Delivery:
We urge customers to inspect their orders upon delivery for any damages and report to us within 2 working days at contact@flatcargo.com. Note that deliveries to flats or HMO properties may be limited to ground floor or specific locations, arranged with the driver.<\/p>

Truck Sizes and Access:
Please inform us of any access restrictions for larger transport trucks at your location to avoid incurring re-delivery costs.<\/p>

Returns:
Customers can return items to Flat Cargo within fourteen (14) days of receipt, in their original packaging and unused condition. Any damages to the product or packaging may result in a partial refund. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the return, and the original shipping cost will not be refunded.<\/p>
